Weddings – Week Ending August 29, 2010

Wow, a week of 6 wedding celebrations that I won’t soon forget. Plus, 4 days in a row at The Wedding Bowl in La Jolla… Can you imagine of a better way to spend your day?

MONDAY – I met with Lori Foote of Bridal Insider, one of the best wedding resources for couples in town at her new Studio in San Diego. From there, off to The Wedding Bowl for the first of four celebrations this week with Christopher and Michelle.What an awesome way to start the week. A great group of family and friends on hand to share in the day.

TUESDAY – The celebration of Maritza and Sergio back at The Wedding Bowl in La Jolla. This was one of those ceremonies that touched every heart, a wedding story I won’t soon forget. Simply amazing bringing not only a couple together, but a family.

WEDNESDAY – Back to The Wedding Bowl in La Jolla for the celebration of Avril and Roy. A very intimate ceremony with close family and friends to help celebrate. A wonderful story of love is found in this couple…..

THURSDAY – Yes, back to The Wedding Bowl to share in the afternoon celebration of Elizabeth and Christopher. What a great time shared by all in this ceremony.. I was so honored to be part of the magic.

As a surprise for Christopher, Elizabeth hired Mariachi’s to perform before and after the ceremony… Awesome.

FRIDAY – Two meetings before heading over to Coronado. First with Aaron and Lisa to go over their upcoming December celebration at the Island Palms Hotel and Marina on Shelter Island and then with Duane and Dianne to talk about their celebration at the Sheraton in Carlsbad.

Then the Destination Sunset Elope To Coronado celebration of Amanda and Ioannis. What an awesome couple with close family and friends making the trip out from Illinois to share in the magic!

SATURDAY – Out to Temecula Wine Country for the intimate celebration of Brian and Michele at the beautiful Keyways Winery. It was a very wonderful celebration and included their son Gavin!

SUNDAY – A well deserved day off to share with the Mrs. She is the most supportive woman in the world and when we have a day off together, we take full advantage of it.. A great day indeed!

Weddings – Week Ending August 22, 2010

Yet another great week of weddings, elopements and meetings,

MONDAY – I met with Johnet to talk about their celebration at the Sheraton Resort and Marina in October.

TUESDAY – A meeting with Kristina and Craig discussing their wedding day next July at the Bahia.

FRIDAY – The weekend of fun begins with the celebration of Cecile and Derek at The Thursday Club. A wonderful location and a plenty of family on hand to share in the magic!

SATURDAY – In Temecula Wine Country at Lake Oak Meadows for the celebration of Steven and Nancy. One of my favorite locations and in true romantic style, she was brought in by horse drawn carriage.

SUNDAY – A destination sunset Elope to Coronado moment with Art and Kimberly from New York on the beach of the Hotel Del. A perfect way to end the weekend.

Weddings – Week Ending August 15, 2010

Yet another wonderful week of meetings and weddings to share!

MONDAY – A meeting with Susan and Michael started the week to discuss their Scottish Highlands Wedding at Temecula Creek Inn next April. Later in the day I met with Roxanna and Jeff to talk about their Wedding Bowl celebration in March.

TUESDAY – I met with Angela and Dony to talk about their Coronado Beach Wedding next August.

THURSDAY – A meeting with Joanna and Michael to talk about the December celebration at Karl Strauss Gardens.

SATURDAY – A busy, Busy day! First, down to San Diego Bay to the Admiral Kidd Club for the celebration of Beverly and Mike! What a great way to start the day with family, sponsors and friends…

From there I was off to the beautiful La Jolla Cove Suites, rooftop with Kelly and Patrick.. What a beautiful day it turned out to be!

To finish the day I was off to Pala Resort and Spa in Pala for the celebration of Ashley and Paul. A wonderful Gazebo celebration with friends and family on hand to share in the magic!

Rev. Christopher Tuttle, Vows From The Heart Ministries, wins the 2010 People’s Choice Award for the Best San Diego Wedding Officiant. This the second consecutive year for Rev. Christopher and his third award from Bridal Insider

Each year Bridal Insider recognizes the best local wedding vendors through the annual presentation of the Bridal Insider People’s Choice Awards. The awards are the highest recognition given to a wedding vendor because they are chosen by a vote of the local brides and grooms that have used their services. This is the 6th year of the awards, and they had the strongest turnout that have ever seen with over 2,500 votes.

Weddings – Week Ending August 8, 2010

Wow, an incredible week of celebrations and meetings…

MONDAY – 3 meetings back-to-back. First, I met with Jennifer to go over her upcoming ceremony at Barona Valley Resort and Casino on Sunday. I then met with Chris and Michelle to discuss their Wedding Bowl celebration on the 23rd and then with Mike and Holly about their celebration in September at a private estate.

WEDNESDAY – I met with Beverly and Michael to discuss their ceremony on the 14th at Admiral Kidd Club.

FRIDAY – An early meeting with Brad and Maria to talk about their celebration on September at a private home. Later in the day it was the celebration of Holli and Brandon at the Hyatt Mission Bay. What an awesome couple!

SATURDAY – Started the day with a Elope to La Jolla moment with Ramzi and Trisha from Boston, MA. What a special moment with their children and family on hand for the celebration.

Following this wonderful celebration I was off to The Dana on Mission Bay for the union of Ronald and Suzette. Plenty of friends and family on hand to help make the magic to happen. Hats off to one of my favorite Coordinators, Erin from Behind the Bride for a job well done…

Then back for a sunset Elope to La Jolla moment with Joe and Jena, what a fun and exciting couple from Oklahoma! They were so into the moment!

SUNDAY – Started my day with Jennifer and Shane, along with their daughter Marissa at Barona Valley Resort and Casino! It was indeed a very special and fun celebration.

From their, I was off to the celebration of Jon-Paul and Yvonne at the beautiful Los Willows in Fallbrook. What a great day this was and it’s always a pleasure to work with Gayle and her staff!
