Weddings – Week ending January 13, 2008

What a fast week…. full of travel and love!

Wednesday - I met with Dawn and Ryan to discuss their wedding in May at the South Coast Winery.

Thursday was another Elope to La Jolla celebration at sunset with Roushel and Hale. This was a wonderful celebration with their family and friends.

Friday – I spent the morning and mid day on the road with a flight to Sacramento for a Scottish Highlands Wedding on Saturday with Vows From The Heart Of Scotland! While waiting for the flight I spoke with Lauren from Brides Magazine for an upcoming article about Officiants. (I love this part of my job). As President of the National Association of Wedding Officiants I speak with many of the national publications on Officiants and Wedding Etiquette.

Saturday - My Scottish Wedding at the beautiful Tsakopoulos Library Galleria. This was a most beautiful location and Ashley and Michael made a beautiful Scottish Couple. She was coming into his clan (McKelvey) and this was a wonderful start. They honored his Scottish Heritage and her Irish with Hand-fasting and pinning of the family tartan.

Sunday - I returned home by 2pm and Mary and I made time for lunch and then another Sunset elopement with Elope to La Jolla. Channell and Joshua drove down from Long Beach for this special La Jolla location. I love this very intimate moments with my couples.
