Another great week… The rains from the past few weeks have gone and I even got a chance to drag out the old VTX for a nice ride around town. I am taking this upcoming weekend off for a nice ride with Mary. We will most likely head up to Julian for lunch and Sunday we are planning a surprise for our Grandson Eden by taking him on his first train ride, whoo hoo or is that Choo-Choo!
Monday - Last week I had rescheduled a meeting with Kevin and Aurelie and completely forgot to add that to my calendar and left them stranded at Starbucks. They were nice enough to meet with me again (Yes, I bought the beverages..LOL) and we shared in their ceremony plans at the Island Palms on Shelter Island. Cool thing is; they booked me for their wedding the following morning. I am most honored.
Tuesday - I met with Shannon and Lee, a couple I had met at the Bridal show at the South Coast the week before. They are planning their magic moment at the bell tower of South Coast in October. They too informed me the following day that they would like me to share in their special day. Although this type of thing happens often, I never take it for granted as their are many Wedding Officiants couples have to choose from…
Wednesday - Another Elope to La Jolla moment with Scott and Leslie from Georgia. She had lived in PQ for many years and three friends came to share in this quiet and intimate sunset wedding.
Thursday - I met with Scott and Roberta to talk over their plans of their July wedding at the historic Rancho Bernardo Winery. I have performed many ceremonies at this location and find it to be very intimate and I just love the shops!
Friday - A special day at Loews Coronado Bay Resort with Cassandra and Erik. This is a most beautiful location and what a great day it turned out to be! It was a wonderful and intimate ceremony.
On the way home I stopped by to visit with Richard and Angela to see there brand spakin new Baby boy Mateo. He is so darn cute and it was a thrill to let him see his new Uncle Chris…LOL.
