Yet another great week…. Meetings with couples and weekend weddings…without rain!
Monday - I met with Betsy and Patrick who are going to graduate school in Maine to discuss their ceremony plans at Karl Strauss Gardens in July. The are a fun couple and I was delighted to receive and email this week when they returned hone asking me to Officiate their wedding. I am most honored.
Wednesday - In the morning I went out to Temecula to meet a couple at South Coast Winery. Leah had set up many vendors for Michelle and Pete to make it easy for them. I hope to hear from them as the were a blast to share breakfast with! I then drove out to meet with Tracy, my bride from the satellite wedding, to finish all the legal paperwork.
Saturday - A wonderful yet chilly wedding ceremony for Elwood and Lisa at Poway Lake.
It was a very intimate ceremony and their friends and family were very kind following their ceremony. I was happy to see the hills coming back to life after the October fires. It was amazing as you could see wildflowers beginning to bloom.
After this special moment it was off to the North Chapel in Liberty Station where I had the honor of brining Jason and Michelle together in Marriage.
This is a most beautiful location. I worked with a few old friends. Priscilla and the quartet of the Vintage Strings. I had the Vintage Strings play at my wedding and at my daughter Laurens wedding, they are fantastic!
All in all another wonderful week and I can’t wait to see what next week will bring….
