Mary and I spent a week in Waikiki for a much needed getaway and had the time of our lives! The true spirits of “Aloha” and “Hang Lose” are alive and well in paradise.
We did the tourist stuff like Pearl Harbor and the Dole Plantation but the best part of the trip was…………………….
………………We rented Harley’s (I rented the FatBoy and Mary rode the Sportster) and rode around the Island. We even got blasted with a fun rainstorm before Mary had lunch at Fumi’s (world famous for shrimp ponds) and roach coach style dining…LOL
We even stopped for a cup of Joe on the North Shore at Wiki Wiki Java….
All in all a great trip and we can’t wait to go back…….
Oh….and I made it to the top of Diamond Head while Mary relaxed in an ALL DAY SPA for her Birthday! It’s a tricky climb…but so worth it…. for the view alone. My Cardiologist will be proud!!!!!
