MILITARY MONDAYS – Another great way to start the week! Michael and Silky enjoyed their moment at Sunset in La Jolla with family and friends on hand to help share in the magic. It was one of those magic moments by adding a few of my Hero’s like Francesca, the solo violinist from Caprice Strings, Rob Andrew Photography and a beautiful bouquet created and donated by Katrina O’Donnell Custom Florals. Thank you everyone for being part of the magic and Thank you Michael for your service to our country!

Military Mondays™ is just a small way for me to give back to our hero’s by offer free elopement services to any and all full time active military every Monday. I also ask local wedding professionals to help me serve those that serve us by donating their time and talents to these wonderful couples. Photographers, Videographers, Florists and Musicians. TUESDAY – A wonderful day on  Coronado Island. First, a mid day Elope to Coronado celebration with Erin  and Michael, a wonderful couple from San Francisco!

Then at Sunset, I had the pleasure to share in the Elope to Coronado celebration with Lyndsey and Nathan. She is from TN and he is stationed at TwentyNine Palms.

FRIDAY – One of the best ways to kick off a Holiday weekend… 3 celebrations back on Coronado Island! First, the Elope to Coronado celebration of Larry and Annette. A wonderful couple for AZ that wanted to make their moment happen, feet in the sand along the ocean rather than the desert! I agree, much better…

Then, the Elope to Coronado Vow Renewal celebration of Jonathan and Marisa. They are celebrating their 5th year and plan on doing this every 5 years at a different beach. I think this is an awesome way to keep the magic of the moment alive!

Then, a private and confidential Elope to Coronado celebration. Jason and Kristina are a wonderful couple that have been together for so long, they are so meant to be!

SATURDAY – My Holiday weekend continued on Shelter Island at the beautiful Island Palms Resort and Marina. This is one of my favorite locations… so intimate.

SUNDAY – Off to the coast to share the moment with Karen and Duane at the Sheraton Carlsbad. This is such a beautiful location with a wonderful view and was just so warm and personal.

TUESDAY – Had a wonderful meeting with Stephanie and Pat to talk about their celebration in March 2012 at the Admiral Kidd Club.

TUESDAY – Had a wonderful meeting with Stephanie and Pat to talk about their celebration in March 2012 at the Admiral Kidd Club.

WEDNESDAY – Took some time to share the Studio grand Grand Opening of Dapper Images. So nice to share time with DeShun and Yasmine. This is a beautiful studio located on Escondido Blvd in Escondido and with so many wedding friends sharing in the party, they will sure to be more wedding couples favorites too! Thank you so much for the invite!

THURSDAY – A meeting with Paul and Gina to talk about their celebration in May 2012 at eh beautiful Twin Oaks Garden Estate.

FRIDAY – I was off to Tom Hams Lighthouse on Harbor Island in San Diego Bay for the union of Dominique and Matthew. Despite the threat of rain, they wanted to have their ceremony outside and I was more than happy to help. The weather did cooperate and a small rainbow could be seen over the San Diego Skyline.. Amazing Day!

SATURDAY – Had the honor of presiding over the celebration of Elizabeth and Richard at the historic Old Richalnd Schoolhouse in San Marcos. One of my favorite locations and so close to home…

Shout Outs to Hal and Lisa from Focus-On-U Photography. Hal and Lisa are incredible at what they do and it’s always a pleasure to celebrate with them. On site Coordinator Erin Glenski and DJ Chris from Solid Gold!

SUNDAY – A meeting with Victor and Xiaoyam to share time and talk about their celebration in June at The Wedding Bowl.

Following this meeting I was off to the celebration of Melisa and Jason at the beautiful seaside venue of Scripps Seaside Forum. This is an indeed a picture perfect place to tie the knot and it has fast become on of my fav’s. Thanks again Melisa and Jason for asking me!

Shout Out to DJ Allen Walker Entertainment for a job well done. Looking forward to more celebrations with you!

MONDAY – MILITARY MONDAYS

Started the week with yet another Military Mondays celebration in La Jolla with Daniel and Amy. This was a wonderful and fun couple and indeed, a wonderful and romantic moment on the cliffs in La Jolla. Daniel proudly serves us in the United States Marine Corps and is stationed at Twentynine Palms! Thank you for your service Daniel, I am humbled by your service to our country.

Following this celebration, I had a teleconference with Mike and Angie to talk about their August celebration at Tom Hams Lighthouse on Harbor Island!

TUESDAY – Two back to back meetings to talk weddings! First with Julie and Keith to talk about their June celebration at the Ultimate Skybox.. Yeppers, there is a game that night and makes for a perfect addition to the reception for their guests and… What a view it will be! I then met with Sonia to talk about her June celebration at the Grand Tradition in Fallbrook. Her Fiance is currently on deployment and she is trying to get everything together.

WEDNESDAY – Okay, one of those mid week weddings on the beach I wont soon forget! This was so fun and they were such a fun couple. Mike and Jessica are from New York and brought out a small group of family and friends to share in the ceremony.

They hired a San Diego Trolley bus to move them around which included a stop in Pacific Beach for formal photos at sunset on the beach and pier and a group photo at their favorite place of all time. In N’ Out baby! I told you this was a fun couple! Now, because they will be having their formal wedding back home, she wanted to make sure I did not give “her dress away” before their day… Shhhhhhh. I did some editing to blur the dress above and cropped the dress below… )

THURSDAY – The Scottish Wedding ceremony of Sean and Hesther at the beautiful Los Willows in Fallbrook! This is one of my favorite venues for my Highlands celebration and a real fun couple… They incorporated all of the Scottish Highlands traditions… Scottish Handfasting, the blessing AND presentation of the Family Sword and the pinning of the Tartan. Plus, a piper on hand to make it complete.
