MILITARY MONDAYS – Another great way to start the week! Michael and Silky enjoyed their moment at Sunset in La Jolla with family and friends on hand to help share in the magic. It was one of those magic moments by adding a few of my Hero’s like Francesca, the solo violinist from Caprice Strings, Rob Andrew Photography and a beautiful bouquet created and donated by Katrina O’Donnell Custom Florals. Thank you everyone for being part of the magic and Thank you Michael for your service to our country!

Military Mondays™ is just a small way for me to give back to our hero’s by offer free elopement services to any and all full time active military every Monday. I also ask local wedding professionals to help me serve those that serve us by donating their time and talents to these wonderful couples. Photographers, Videographers, Florists and Musicians. TUESDAY – A wonderful day on  Coronado Island. First, a mid day Elope to Coronado celebration with Erin  and Michael, a wonderful couple from San Francisco!

Then at Sunset, I had the pleasure to share in the Elope to Coronado celebration with Lyndsey and Nathan. She is from TN and he is stationed at TwentyNine Palms.

FRIDAY – One of the best ways to kick off a Holiday weekend… 3 celebrations back on Coronado Island! First, the Elope to Coronado celebration of Larry and Annette. A wonderful couple for AZ that wanted to make their moment happen, feet in the sand along the ocean rather than the desert! I agree, much better…

Then, the Elope to Coronado Vow Renewal celebration of Jonathan and Marisa. They are celebrating their 5th year and plan on doing this every 5 years at a different beach. I think this is an awesome way to keep the magic of the moment alive!

Then, a private and confidential Elope to Coronado celebration. Jason and Kristina are a wonderful couple that have been together for so long, they are so meant to be!

SATURDAY – My Holiday weekend continued on Shelter Island at the beautiful Island Palms Resort and Marina. This is one of my favorite locations… so intimate.

Vendor Shout Out to Hal Martin and Focus-On-U Photography.

SUNDAY – Off to the coast to share the moment with Karen and Duane at the Sheraton Carlsbad. This is such a beautiful location with a wonderful view and was just so warm and personal.

Another great week, 6 couples meetings and 5 celebrations.

Another great week, 6 couples meetings and 5 celebrations.

MONDAY – Started the week with a meeting with Catherine and Michael regarding their home celebration in June!

TUESDAY – I met with Sabrina and Greg to talk about their Island Palms celebration in October.

WEDNESDAY – Sarah and Christopher shared some time with me to talk about their June wedding at the beautiful Falkner Winery celebration. Later in the day I met with Sherri and Lucas who are putting everything together for their Pelican Pointe celebration in September.

FRIDAY – The celebration of Melissa and Mike at Marina Village on Mission Bay! What a great time and one I soon won’t forget.

SATURDAY – Started the day early at the San Diego Botanical Gardens in Encinitas with Jeffrey and Crystal. This is one of those hidden gems in the North County that is indeed a very beautiful location for the ceremony and reception.

After the celebration I headed over to meet Katie and Eric who are planning their celebration at the Island Palms (This is becoming a very busy place for weddings).

Then the celebration of Dominick and Jessica at the Arbor Terrace of the Grand Tradition in Fallbrook. I just love this place! Waterfalls, tropical gardens, it’s just so amazing. Can you tell we had a good time and connection? We could not stop smiling as it was such a wonderful celebration.

Vendor Shout Outs: Amazing to work with the dream team of vendors. Besides Meagan and the great staff of the Grand Tradition, it was a vendor paradise. Brenda and Jess from Swann Soirees, John from NR3 Video Productions and DJ Average Joe of JMC events… Awesome!

SUNDAY – Started my Sunday on Coronado for the Elope to Coronado celebration of Richard and Linda at the Hotel Del beach. Plenty of family and friends on hand to help in the celebration plus, his daughter and son in law, Angela and Mark were on hand. (I married them last August at the Hyatt Mission Bay)

From this celebration I was off to La Jolla for a meeting with Trish and Stu regarding their Scottish Highlands Wedding celebration in Ramona in November.

Then, to finish off the week, a destination sunset Elope to La Jolla moment with Renee and James. Another one of those, just the three of us true elopements… Love thses celebrations.. So much passion!

This was indeed such a great week and more to come.. It all starts tomorrow with a Military Mondays celebration in La Jolla.

MONDAY – I met with Lori Foote of Bridal Insider, one of the best wedding resources for couples in town at her new Studio in San Diego. From there, off to The Wedding Bowl for the first of four celebrations this week with Christopher and Michelle.What an awesome way to start the week. A great group of family and friends on hand to share in the day.

TUESDAY – The celebration of Maritza and Sergio back at The Wedding Bowl in La Jolla. This was one of those ceremonies that touched every heart, a wedding story I won’t soon forget. Simply amazing bringing not only a couple together, but a family.

WEDNESDAY – Back to The Wedding Bowl in La Jolla for the celebration of Avril and Roy. A very intimate ceremony with close family and friends to help celebrate. A wonderful story of love is found in this couple…..

THURSDAY – Yes, back to The Wedding Bowl to share in the afternoon celebration of Elizabeth and Christopher. What a great time shared by all in this ceremony.. I was so honored to be part of the magic.

As a surprise for Christopher, Elizabeth hired Mariachi’s to perform before and after the ceremony… Awesome.

FRIDAY – Two meetings before heading over to Coronado. First with Aaron and Lisa to go over their upcoming December celebration at the Island Palms Hotel and Marina on Shelter Island and then with Duane and Dianne to talk about their celebration at the Sheraton in Carlsbad.

Then the Destination Sunset Elope To Coronado celebration of Amanda and Ioannis. What an awesome couple with close family and friends making the trip out from Illinois to share in the magic!

SATURDAY – Out to Temecula Wine Country for the intimate celebration of Brian and Michele at the beautiful Keyways Winery. It was a very wonderful celebration and included their son Gavin!

SUNDAY – A well deserved day off to share with the Mrs. She is the most supportive woman in the world and when we have a day off together, we take full advantage of it.. A great day indeed!
